Seven days in! Today’s Bruce Lee quote was, “We all have time to either spend or waste and it is our decision what to do with it. But once past. it is gone forever.” As we begin our ideation phase, D’Wayne discussed the importance of intentionally making everything that we do count and making sure that we are utilizing our time efficiently. We each had to come up with 12 difference concepts of our shoe for the first ideation phase.
We also had the pleasure of meeting with Nike’s best digital designer today! She discussed the current software that is used to produce 3-D models of footwear and the significance of how powerful rendering tools are in today’s industry. It was interesting to hear her share the transition of how 3-D models were first produced by clay and now through 3-D printing. Check out the pictures below!
