TEAM TARGET

Today was a drawing day. We were given a new assignment where we have to draw 12 different concepts related to our project. This starts our ideating phase of the project. At this moment, I’m trying to put any idea that comes to my mind on a piece of paper. I do this because you never know when you are going to need an old idea. Drawing my ideas is like a save button in my mind. I started the assignment by looking for inspiration related to my brief. I was looking for stuff that relates to being fast, always on the move, customization, and things that stand out of the crowd. I think those terms are the best way to describe my consumer and the way I want to describe my design.
D’Wayne was able to talk to my team today. We presented our ideas to him and he responded back with great feedback. It looks like we are going in a good direction, we just need to go deeper and find ways to make our ideas work. The three of us, team Target (Jared, Ghilherme, Jesus), are looking for ways to create campaigns that help the community with the use of our designs. Helping the community is one of Target’s biggest activities, so we believe that this is a good way to make our designs relate to it.
