At our number one spot is the ever-so iconic, Deion Sanders. With his flashy style and dominant play, Primetime was easily one of the premier players in NFL history. With his once in a lifetime level talent and marketability, Nike saw fit to make the defensive back from Florida State their leading man during the 90s. Spending time on the baseball diamond much like Bo Jackson, Deion and Nike would unveil several models of the Nike Air Diamond Turf series, as seen in the video below.
In addition, later in his career, Deion would sport a variety of Air Jordan silhouettes during his tenure with the Washington Redskins, and then doubling back to his Diamond Turf models during his stint with Baltimore.
