Air Jordan 13 Low

Model: Air Jordan 13 Low
Year Released: 2015

Listen, there are coincidences and there are not. While that notion can be incredibly cryptic to many, here me out… First off, the Air Jordan 13 Low “Hornets” is releasing next weekend on the heels of Kobe Bryant venturing into the waining moments of his career and surpassing MJ on the all-time scoring list this season. Also, we are not too far away from the year 2016, which happens to mark the 20th anniversary of the 1996 NBA Draft in which Kobe Bryant was select 13th overall by the Charlotte Hornets. Mind you, Bryant spent portions of 2003 rocking a bevy of Air Jordan silhouettes, along with patterning his game after MJ. Coincidence or something more?

Okay, while plenty of you will simply point to the fact that Michael owns the Hornets, please understand that I am from Dallas, Texas; the home of the conspiracy theory. Plus, where is the fun in taking the easy route?!
