Air Jordan 7

Models: Air Jordan 60+ Pack – “Magic” & Air Jordan 7 “Raptors”
Years Released: 2009, 2012

Have you ever had a friend that you’ve grown accustomed to calling by a strangely-placed nickname, but have no clue of how or where it derived from?! Well, as a sneakerhead, that’s sort of how I feel about the “Raptor” Air Jordan 7, which many still consider to be the “True Red” model. Nonetheless, this is just another Air Jordan iteration nicknamed after a NBA franchise, as this model utilizes Toronto Raptor hues of red and purple.

In addition, another Air Jordan 7 to receive such a makeup, is the “Magic” model within the Air Jordan 60+ Pack that hit retailers back in August of 2009. Paying homage of MJ’s prolific scoring performance against the Magic during the early 90s, this silhouette has been showcased on several editions of Kicks On Court.
