Nike Air Zoom Generation “First Game”

Release Date: 11/05/2003

The Nike Air Zoom Generation served as the pioneer for the LeBron James signature line with Nike. Chosen first overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers, LeBron James made an instant impact as a player and on the sneaker front before his first game. The design of the Nike Air Zoom Generation drew inspiration from the H2 Hummer, King James’ chariot of choice in high school. The “First Game” AZG boasts white leather and crimson ballistic mesh on the upper to match the Cleveland Cavaliers’ home jerseys. The First Games also offered an “11-05-2003″ embroidered on the ankle lining signifying the date of this epic moment in LeBron James’ career.  This silhouette left an ever-lasting first impression for LeBron’s signature collection, with many LeBron fans likening the First Game AZGs as being the “Banned” Jordan 1s of the LeBron shoe line.
