Nike Air Max LeBron VII “China Moon”

Release Date: 10/16/2009

The Nike Air Max LeBron VII debuted as the most innovate basketball shoe of 2009. It was the first silhouette designed by Jason Petrie, who started from scratch and completely re-invigorated LeBron’s signature line. The LeBron VII was also the first silhouette to utilize Nike Flywire. Its cushioning system featured a 360 Air Max bag, which was constructed for basketball use for the first time as well. The launch of the LeBron VII found its way back to China for its initial release. Inspired by Moon Cakes from the annual Chinese Moon Festival, the LeBron VII “China” dropped the usual red, and placed emphasized on white and gold for this China exclusive.
