| Last night, against the Charlotte Bobcats, Chris Paul and the New Orleans Hornets, took it back to the ’60s. They suited up in the white, red and black throwback uniforms of the old New Orleans Buccaneers of the ABA. In our Kicks On Court, Paul has been sporting some very nice Sky Blue/White Jordan PEs this year, but could he pull of a nice pair of PEs to match the throwback jerseys? The answer is seen after the jump.
CP3 hooped in a never-before-seen Red/White colorway of the Air Jordan 23. This sneaker featured a white upper with red stitching pattern on the side panels. Maybe the Hornets should hoop in these throwback uniforms more often. I am sure Paul would have much more to show in this colorway! Is Ray Allen slowly but surely losing his spot as King of Jordan PEs to Mr. Paul? On another note, the other great Wake Forest alumni, Tim Duncan, played in the Adidas TS Bounce Commander last night. After seeing him, Dwight Howard, and Kevin Garnett hoop in the OG Adidas TS Commander night after night, it is good to finally see the Three Stripes big men change it up for once.
