Untimely Death
After defeating the Phoenix Suns to capture his third title, Michael Jordan had plenty to celebrate. However, merely a month later in July of 1993, Michael Jordan’s beloved father, James Jordan was murdered in an apparent car-jacking in rural North Carolina.
Shaking up the entire Jordan family, the death of James Jordan would be felt throughout the United States as well as change Michael’s life forever.
