Sadly, yet full of bravery and reflection, Russell Westbrook is paying tribute to another fallen friend. Just before the start of the 2019 NBA Playoffs, in one of the Thunder’s final regular season games, Westbrook dedicated a historic performance to his friend and slain rapper, Nispey Hussle.
Now, with the latest colorway of the Jordan Why Not Zer0.2, Westbrook honors his late best friend and former teammate, Khelcey Barrs III.
This, of course, isn’t the first time Russ has honored his late friend. Before each game, Westbrook writes “KB3” on his sneakers to pay tribute to Barrs III. On this iteration of the Why Not Zer0.2 it appears at the heel hangtag.
