Prior to the 2015-2016 NBA Season, plenty of Laker fans understood the tough times ahead. Battling within the always formidable Western Conference, the youthful Los Angeles Lakers seemed poised for another lackluster season. However, despite their adversity record wise, the upstart team is not lacking for talent or entertainment as the likes of D’Angelo Russell, Julius Randle and Jordan Clarkson seem to be prime candidates to take over the throne once the soon-to-be departed Kobe Bryant enters retirement.

Ultimately, it’s the latter name of Jordan Clarkson that continues to impress us as his array of quality and noteworthy sneakers throughout this season have captivated many. With that in mind, we present our latest Kicks On Court Spotlight in which we showcase the notable footwear sported by Mr. Clarkson this season.

Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State Warriors

In a celebration of the living legend Kobe Bryant, the basketball world was transfixed on what seemed to be a rather “certain” win for the streaking Golden State Warriors. However, they would ultimately run into a buzz-saw at the hands of the youthful Lakers led by Jordan Clarkson who dropped 25 points, while sporting an all-white makeup of the Nike Kobe X Low.

Also sporting the commemorative Stance socks that honor Mr. Bryant, this showcase by the Lakers will be something that many could look back upon and provide reasoning to a potential upheaval of the Warriors 73-win quest.
