Kicks On Court: Orlando Summer League

With the league uniform policy on rest and a lack of brand affiliation, the NBA Summer Leagues always have a wide variety of Kicks On Court. Most of the players in the summer league are more worried about earning a roster spot than a shoe contract, and do not have any association with a single brand. This, combined with the freedom to wear any color they want, makes for great KOC watching. NBA TV commentators have been including the bright colors and low-cuts of the player’s shoes in their broadcasts all week in Orlando, and for good reason. Summers in Florida are already scorching, but anyone who was in the Amway Center this past week was probably extra hot from all of the heat on the player’s feet.
