The release date for the adidas J Wall 1 is still 24 days away, but John Wall continues to provide looks at different colorways on his feet. After lacing up his first signature shoe in a “USA” colorway during FIBA tryouts this past summer, we see him in yet another red, white and blue makeup of the J Wall 1. In Washington’s first preseason game, Wall took to the court in the “Away” adidas J Wall 1, a shoe that he will supposedly wear during road games this season.
Branding appears in the form of the navy three stripes down both sides of the shoe and the new John Wall logo, which intersects his initials as a nod to his quick-playing style and his crossover, on the tongue and below the stripes. Other standout features include the red air-mesh upper, a red splatter-print midsole and a classic gum outsole.
