Air Jordan 5 “Premio”
My holy grail is the Air Jordan 5 Premio. I’m a fan of simplicity at its finest. This shoe, to me, is one of the most luxurious sneakers in the game. The completely genuine leather upper sets the shoe off like no other along with subtle details, such as the thin, white laces and black paisley inner lining. I planned to ride to the mall with a college buddy to pick up these shoes the Friday of their release; my buddy usually skips his Friday class and only goes on important days. Long story short, Friday rolls around and he didn’t know he had a test, so I didn’t have a car at the time. There was no way for me to get to Houston to pick them up.
I had a chance to obtain these sneakers recently at the H-Town Sneaker Summit. I was offered the Bin 9s, Bin 5s, and $600 for my ParaNorman Foamposites. The only problem was neither shoe was in my size!
