For the first time since 1988, All-Star Weekend is back in the Windy City. As the most anticipated week in basketball makes its way back to where Jordan redefined air by dunking from the free-throw line, Jordan Brand is going all out.

Ahead of the festivities, Jordan Brand unveiled the HUB23 space and created a state of the art basketball facility paired with a retail space that highlights everything from the ASW jerseys to the collaborative 8×8 collection that taps into the local creativity in Chicago.

If you were fortunate enough to get in line for the retail space, everything from the Air Jordan “New Beginnings” Pack to the Air Jordan 1 85 Hi OG were available in limited qualities. You could also cop the apparel and sneakers from the 8×8 collection (except for Virgil Abloh’s collaborative pieces).

HUB23 was more than just a pop-up as the venue sets the stage for the upcoming Chicago Public School City Final Four and Championship games which will take place throughout the weekend. The General Richard L. Jones Armory featured an all-new court as the Jordan Brand excellence continues in the same location where the iconic Air Jordan 11 “Concord” commercial was shot back in 1996.

Take a look at the space below which is now open to the public throughout ASW. Keep it locked at Nice Kicks for more Chi-town related content.
