FILA continues to return many of their nostalgic silhouettes that haven’t been seen since the ’90s with small collections mustering great emotion and sentiment. For summer 2015, the FILA “Relay” Pack brings back the Overpass and Mindbender silos – two low-cut iterations that reference the classic FILA aesthetic while also acting as transitional styles for the current moment in sneakers.
The two piece collection starts with the Mindbender, a shoe first released back in 1994. Dressed in a lush cream upper, a navy rear offsets the retro style well, while FILA branding bleeds across a clean white midsole. The Overpass, however, is much more bold when discussing its suede navy base married to reflective mesh construction and speckled red midsole.
