Taking his talents from the rap game to the fashion space, YG and his label 4Hunnid have unveiled his first sneaker creation.

In stand-alone fashion, the southern California rapper has delved into his creative pockets to produce his own footwear project. The project, dubbed “The Flame,” is set to include several iterations of his new Block Runner silhouette. From first glance, it’s clear that the design draws inspiration from one of the Compton rapper’s most-wear sneakers: the Nike Cortez. Expect multiple iterations of the Block Runner to debut, including a Black colorway and a Light Blue colorway.

While no concrete release dates have been given, YG’s Block Runner is slated for a March drop at a retail price of $200 on 4hunnid.com. The Nice Kicks team will keep you posted on any further updates, but for more on the pair, follow @TheFlame on Instagram.
