Union x Air Jordan 4 in the Works for 2020

By many measures – to include ours – the Union x Air Jordan 1 was the sneaker of the year in 2018.

Today we find there likely won’t be a footwear follow-up in 2019, but 2020 could play host to a very anticipated sneaker sequel.

In a recent conversation with Complex, Union’s own Chris Gibbs shed some light on what’s next from Union and Jordan Brand.

In the interview, Gibbs states that the partnership “will continue” and that they’ve “submitted designs for both apparel and for footwear.”

On the clothing tip, this year will bring Union x Air Jordan apparel seen above and below at their pop-up experience in select Nordstrom locations that will also house gear from Fear of God and Rhude to name a few surging brands.

Following the clothing collab that came with the Air Jordan 1, this range will see similar styling based on what’s been revealed though the next proposed drop is said to be “a bit more risky.”

As for shoes, Gibbs has his eyes set on the Air Jordan 4 though it’s “not 100% confirmed yet.”

Said shoe and apparel collection should be slated for this time next year though it’s clearly all in the early stages at this point.

Would you like to see a Union x Air Jordan 4 collab? We sure would. Keep it locked to Nice Kicks for updates on this potential collab.
