Miami went up over the weekend as the city hosted its annual Formula 1 Grand Prix. The star-studded event was a weekend full of excitement as Nice Kicks got first looks of the new J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 and Travis Scott performed in a never-before-seen Nike Mac Attack.

Thanks to Social Status, the Nike Mac Attack has been revived as the sneaker first debuted in 1984 and has been obsolete for some time. The Nike Mac Attack “OG” colorway is already set to release this Summer, but the Travis Scott co-sign on this silhouette is undoubtedly going to have people flocking to get a pair of their own.

The Nike Mac Attack has a tennis heritage as it was created for John McEnroe, but Travis Scott gets active with the sneaker in a new way as he wore the shoe on-stage during a club performance at 11even Miami.

This iteration of the Nike Mac Attack isn’t too far off from the “OG” colorway as the upper is made with a Grey leather base and Black accents, which are seen on the toebox, heel counter, and ankle collar. The Swoosh is also outfitted in Black, and of course is flipped around, a key Travis Scott x Nike identifier.

More details on the Travis Scott x Nike Mac Attack should be available soon. Updates can be found on our sneaker release dates page. Take a look at the sneaker below and follow @NiceDrops on Twitter.
