While its clear that the sneaker game is no longer what it used to be, it’s sad that headlines about civilians or retailers being robbed continue to pop up. Adding to the rash of bad news, five hooded assailants robbed a Nike Outlet store in Woodstock, GA yesterday morning. Entering the store by breaking the windows, the band of thieves managed to flee the scene with sneakers and clothes in-hand. Though no one was hurt, it’s acts like these that continue to cast an indelibly negative cloud over the sneaker scene.
