Quick Question: Who in the world ticked off LeBron James last night?! Well, I can make the strong case for Evan Turner who inexplicably “tried” LeBron on a dunk attempt that was subsequently rejected to the floor of the TD Garden. After that rather elaborate case of bravado by the Boston guard, LeBron would subsequently finish off the game as the Cavs secured a Game Three victory. However, the case can be made for someone else provoking The King, as he took flight in the third quarter, soaring above the iconic parquet floor to throw-down a stellar windmill slam.

It’s evident that since LeBron’s “two week” hiatus — in which many speculated a LeBron self-diagnosis of “my whole left side hurts” — he has become a totally different player. Easily emerging as a viable MVP candidate during the 2014-2015 campaign.

With his dunk in mind, along with his brilliant play, we decide to document some of LeBron James’ greatest playoff dunks within this NK Original entitled: The King Has Risen: A Look at LeBron James’ Greatest Playoff Dunks.

Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Detroit Pistons

Date: May 21, 2007
Stat Line: 10 Points, 10 Rebounds, 9 Assists
Victim: The Rim
Shoe: Nike Zoom Soldier

Despite only scoring 10 points in his ECF debut, LeBron James had plenty to look forward to as his near triple double was a sign of things to come. In addition, this baseline reverse dunk in the Nike Zoom Soldier garnered plenty of “ooo’s” and “awww’s” as the Cavs would unfortunately lose Game One.
