PJ Tucker Shows His Nike Zoom Kobe 5 “Kinbe Pa Lage” PE from 2010

The pair was part of a “Help Haiti” pack that was created to raise donations for the humanitarian crisis following the 2010 earthquake.

PJ Tucker is the undisputed sneaker king in the NBA. And if you had any doubts, his latest find further cemented his status in sneaker royalty.

Ahead of the Los Angeles Clippers vs. Philadelphia 76ers match-up, Tucker posted a picture of the Nike Zoom Kobe 5 “Kinbe Pa Lage” PE from 2010.

Translating to “Hold on tight, don’t let go” from Creole, the shoe was created to raise funds for the humanitarian crisis following the devastation of the Haiti earthquake that occurred in January. The Kobe 5 was also joined by a Nike LeBron 7 and the Nike Cradle Rock Low (Steve Nash’s signature shoe).

All three pairs in the pack included the crayon drawings designed by the students in Portland’s Forest Park Elementary School, including the Haitian flag, a basketball and more.
