It’s safe to say Nike appreciated Drake’s “Checks over stripes” line in “SICKO MODE” because he’s been #TeamEarly on Swoosh exclusives ever since — namely the Nike Shox BB4 Raptors.
After rocking the Supreme x Nike Rugby Hoody in the Eastern Conference Finals, Drake showed up at Game 1 of the NBA Finals in a Shox BB4 colorway that we figured only him and Vince Carter had.

This Raptors rendition was very similar to pairs sported by Vinsanity this season in Atlanta, proving this is a 2018-19 production rather than a vault pair. After all, we saw what happened when PJ Tucker broke out OG BB4s from 2001.
On top of that, VC is a size 16 while the internet pegs Drizzy as rocking somewhere between an 11 and a 13. Could Toronto’s own Aubrey Graham be a part of the BB4 retro relaunch? Champagne with the campaign? We’re not mad at it.
Well, neither is Nike.
