The countdown is on as were almost exactly a month away from Air Max Day. To celebrate, Nike debuts the all-new Nike Air Max Motif. This upcoming model takes inspiration from the iconic Air Max 1, which was designed by Tinker Hatfield.
You can seen the AM1’s design inspo on the Air Max Motif’s front overlay, which appears in bright yellow. The rest of the sneaker is made with recycled materials and uses a mix of mesh, suede, and canvas. Majority of the upper has a muted grey exterior, but more bright yellow highlights appear on the heel tab, eyelets, and midsole. The insole also features a bright yellow pinwheel Swoosh logo, which is the marker for Nike’s “Move-to-Zero” series. And of course, what would an Air Max be without its signature bubble, which appears on the sneaker’s extended midsole. This model also presents an innovative transparent outsole.
