Within the past couple of weeks, we have learned that the Nike Air Griffey Max GD II will return later this year. In addition, Nike plans on re-releasing this sneaker in some very nice colorways such as black/royal blue and black/varsity red. Yet, is this cool grey/black Nike Air Griffey Max GD II one of, if not the best colorway seen on this sneaker? This Air Griffey Max GD II sets itself apart from the rest color-wise and? texture-wise. While the previously-mentioned colorways feature a predominately tumbled leather makeup, this particular pair possesses a 100% cool grey suede upper. To coincide with this element, Nike decided to add a grey full-length Air sole unit. Other features include a black midsole, a black inner lining and a script on the back of the tongue which reads, ?Engineered to the exact specifications og Ken Griffey Jr.?
