Kicks On Court // The Very Best of Nick “Swaggy P” Young

Last night, Nick Young made the claim that he would’ve been the Sneaker King had he never left Nike during footwear free-agency and signed with The Three Stripes. While an ‘lol’ implied it was a joke, all good jokes contain truth.

Though PJ Tucker holds the Sneaker King title now and wears it super well, Swaggy P is on the Kicks on Court Mount Rushmore right next to him.

From rocking OG Air Jordans as a freshman at USC to sporting Dunks for his rookie year photoshoot, he’s always been a man of the moment. Ahead of his time? That too. Young wasn’t just the first player to rock adidas Yeezys on the hardwood, he was also team early when it came to NIKEiDs and constant crate-digging.

This is only the highlights (we looked through it all and had to leave off a few bangers) but peep some of Swaggy P’s greatest Kicks on Court below.
