We expected Derrick Rose to finish out the second half of the season wearing the adidas adiZero Rose 1.5; however, the MVP surprised many by lacing up the adidas Crazy 8 “University Red” in a nationally televised game against the Miami Heat. Derrick Rose scored 26 points, dished out six assists and grabbed five rebounds in what became the only time we’d see the point guard in any other sneaker besides his signature during the regular season.
