Milwaukee Bucks forward and now NBA Champion PJ Tucker has been known for his vast and diverse sneaker collection and we’ve detailed every sneaker he wore in-game during the NBA Finals. Check out the list below.
Tucker stuck with the Nike Zoom Kobe 6 Protro for Game 1, breaking out the “Prada Shirt” PE which features Prada’s floral print on the heel counter and liner as well as the “Hapoel Holon” colorway in PJ’s Journey Pack which goes through Tucker’s pro basketball career that took him around the world.
PJ switched over to the Nike Zoom Kobe 4 Protro for Game 2, breaking out the Olive UNDFTD PE which features military influence that Undefeated is known for as well as PJ’s own Zoom Kobe 4 Protro PE which debuted when he was playing for the Houston Rockets.
Seems like PJ switches sneakers every TV timeout but stuck with the Nike Zoom Kobe 4 Protro in a green Wizenard colorway for Game 3. The Wizenard colorway is inspired by Kobe Bryant’s young adult fantasy novel, The Wizenard Series.
Tucker brought out a volt colorway of the Nike Zoom Hyperfuse which debuted in 2012, using then-new Nike Fuse synthetic uppers to bring durability without sacrificing weight. He switched out of those and back into the Nike Zoom Kobe 4 Protro, this time in a white version of the Wizenard colorway.
PJ kept it simple with his Puerto Rico colorway of his Nike Zoom Kobe 6 Protro “Journey Pack”, inspired by the sandy beaches of Puerto Rico during his time playing for Piratas de Quebradillas for Game 5.
For the clincher, PJ showed love to his teammate and Finals MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo by wearing his Nike Giannis Immortality before switching over to the Nike Zoom Kobe 6 Protro “Puerto Rico” he wore in Game 5. In the second half, he switched to the “Red October“ colorway of the Nike Zoom Kobe 6 Protro, inspired by the Nike Air Yeezy 2 colorway.
Congratulations to PJ Tucker and the Milwaukee Bucks on winning their first NBA Championship in 50 years. Let’s see what PJ breaks out for the parade.
