Minnesota Timberwolves forward Derrick Williams is obviously a fan of the Nike Penny line. After wearing Under Armour all last season, we have seen him bring out a number of intriguing Pennys this season, including the “Glow in the Dark” Flight Ones and the “Memphis Blue” Rookies. Williams added to his sneaker debut tally by becoming the first player to wear the “Galaxy” Nike Zoom Rookie last night. The former Arizona Wildcat has now solidified himself as a dark horse in the Kicks On Court Champion running with wears such as the above mentioned shoes and a debut of the “Galaxy” Rookies.
