Kicks On Court: Miami and Boston Rivalry Delivers Extreme Heat

We told you this season would be exciting from a Kicks On Court standpoint, and the first day of the 2012-2013 NBA season did not disappoint. An abundance of sneaker heat was spotted in the American Airlines Arena during last night’s Boston vs. Miami matchup. As expected, LeBron James wore the recently-surfaced “Championship Gold” Nike LeBron X on this special night, which also saw him obtain his first ring before leading the Heat in victory with 26 points and 10 rebounds. James shared the limelight with his newest teammate, Ray Allen, as he sported a never-before-seen white, red and gold Air Jordan 16 PE. Yet, the biggest surprise came in the form of two Celtics. Rajon Rondo and Jeff Green took to the court in “Pink” Foamposite Ones to acknowledge one of the last days in October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
