If you recall, our Kicks On Court spotted Atlanta Hawks point guard Mike Bibby rocking the “Cement Grey” Air Jordan 3 two weeks before its actual release in stores. Last night, we spotted another major retro being worn way before its actual release date. In detail, Charlotte Bobcats wingman Gerald Wallace laced up the highly anticipated “Playoffs” Air Jordan 13 Retro last night in a win against the Phoenix Suns. The “Playoffs” Air Jordan 13 is scheduled to hit retailers on February 26th, 2011, for $160; therefore, Wallace wore his pair exactly one month before its release! Originally released in 1997, this sneaker is the lone original colorway of the MJ?s 13th signature shoe that has not retroed yet (not including low-tops). It is definitely one of, if not the most anticipated Jordan of 2011 so far (see our 18 Sneakers We’re Looking Forward to in 2011). Who else is impatiently awaiting this shoe? View these kicks plus more, worn by Blake Griffin, Chris Paul, Kevin Durant and others, below.
