It’s been a long time since we have seen Ray Allen in his Air Jordan 13 PEs. In fact, it has almost been a year since he debuted this sneaker, which was easily one of the biggest surprises of 2011. If you recall, he unveiled this sneaker on the very night he broke Reggie Miller’s three-point record against the Los Angeles Lakers. Later in the year, Jordan Brand shockingly made this shoe available to the public; yet, it was released in limited quantity at select retailers.
