Kanye West Red October-Inspired Raspberry Ice Cream Is a Thing in New York City

Following his 38th birthday yesterday, Kanye West is still making headlines today. And no, not because his wife Kim Kardashian renting out the Staples Center for West and his homies to hoop is as impressive today as it was yesterday, but because his Nike Air Yeezy 2 “Red October” is still very much a cultural fixture far beyond just sneakers.

That fact is proven today as a local ice cream parlor in New York City, Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream, is serving up a Kanye West Red October-inspired Rapsberry ice cream. As a nod to the sneaker and Yeezy’s affinity for ice cream, the new flavor is labeled as “a sorbet for all seasons.”

The Red October-themed ice cream flavor will be a fixture on the Morgenstern’s menu through Saturday, June 13, with a single serving priced at $4.50 and a double going of $6.50. So if you still have an affection for Yeezy’s last release with Nike and not a lot of coin to spare, this might be your best change to get your hands, or better yet your taste buds, on Red Octobers.
