Thanks to Nike’s new partnership with the NBA and Michael Jordan being the team’s owner, the Charlotte Hornets will be rocking Brand Jordan uniforms starting next season. The Hornets are not the only team MJ has a history with that will be wearing new Brand Jordan uniforms as the University of North Carolina recently unveiled their new football jerseys.
Staying true to Jordan’s alma mater’s school colors with argyle print, the new UNC football uniforms are Nike Mach Speed chassis, which are the same ones the University of Oregon wears. The uniforms are designed to increase breathability and players’ range of motion.
