Joe Freshgoods and New Balance are making a statement in 2024.
The collaborative duo was nearly quiet all 2023 and finished the year strong with the Belly-inspired Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 990v4 “1998” collection. Now, JFG and NB have more on the way, thanks to the New Balance 1000 model.
Originally released in 1999, the silhouette has a retro look with its chunky outsole, mesh base and rounded toe cap. In addition to the “Pink Mink” Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 1000 colorway, the Chicagoan will release a contrasting “Black Ice” pair. Designed with a predominantly black upper to the shoe’s leather and mesh build, the NB 1000’s metallic overlays sport a copper, dark purple look.
The raffle for the Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 1000 “Black Ice” is open now and ends on April 12, 2024, on JoeFreshgoods.com. The shoe releases on April 19, 2024, via NewBalance.com and select retailers.
