| Hawaii’s skate and surf brand, In4mation, is back with another fresh collaboration with Vans.? Last year, we saw the intricate denim detailing in the Half Cab, but this year’s project, the Chukka Low, is more refined and thorough yet subtly detailed.? This is not surprising, however, with the concurrent release of In4mation’s cut-and-sew line which takes a departure from the world of streetwear and graphic-tees to more clean and more sophisticated garments – the shoe is a solid addition.
The Chukka Low uses a royal blue canvas upper with some striking embellishments like the red accent, the gum midsole, and the houndstooth inner lining.? The shoe also includes two sets of laces – a red set and a branded set – that strongly complement the shoe.? The entire package is completed with the custom box, which makes for one well-executed shoe. The shoe drops on December 12th at various In4mation retailers for a reasonable $85.?
