Cam Newton easily had one of the more impressive seasons from a quarterback in recent memory. That sentiment was shared by many as Newton was crowned league MVP prior to his participation in Super Bowl 50. During a season in which the Carolina Panthers went 15-1, Newton would debut a variety of stellar cleats that were wide-ranging and show-stopping. His best one came on Thanksgiving as his patented “Superman” celebration and now “DAB” celebration was etched on the side panels of his C1N signature model created by noted custom artist KreativecustomKicks. Incorporating Panthers hues throughout the upper, this custom model set social media on fire, similar to how Marshawn Lynch’s gold pregame cleats did prior to Super Bowl XLIX.
