In a prime time thriller against Syracuse, Patterson donned the ultra-rare Nike LeBron III “Houston Oilers” All-Star PE, while Wright complimented in the generally released White/Navy IIIs. The duo rivaled Jabari Parker’s wear of the LeBron VII and VIII, and Houston’s TaShawn Thomas in a LeBron 9 PE earlier this year.
