Gucci, Louis, and Prada have all had their fair share of sneaker reveals on the runway, but Fashion Week is continuing expand outside of traditional labels and sneaker spectacles are fixating themselves a must-have moment in every collection. Following suit with this unwritten rule, Children of the Discordance unveiled a collaborative Salomon XT-6 as a part of their Spring 2023 Collection.
For what feels like the first time, we see the Salmon XT-6 use a decorative upper with a baroque-inspired print that is complemented by a faux-wood finish. Shades of deep brown and rustic orange further enhance Salomon’s inherent tactical aesthetic. The two-tone upper is split by white linework that matches the Salomon branding on the heel. This sneaker is the perfect finish to COD’s Spring 2023 Collection, which centers around earth-tone graffiti and contemporary americana.
The Children of the Discordance x Salomon XT-6 drops on February 14th via COSTS. The retail price is unknown. Take a look at the collection below and follow @NiceKicks on Twitter for more sneaker news.
