BAPE gets ready to pop the champagne as the streetwear and sneaker label announces that their (B)APETAVERSE NFT collection completely sold out.
The collection was first available to the exclusive BAPEList presale via OpenSea at 9am on March 23, 2022. A public mint followed at 10:30am and sold out immediately. The BAPElist made history by reaching the top position on the NFT marketplace in less than 4 hours.
BAPE offered a total of 9,500 NFTs and generated a total of 2,850 ETH (approx. $8.6 million USD.) There are still 500 NFTs remaining created for the initial (B)APETAVERSE launch, in which BAPE plans to hold onto for other projects down the line.
In celebration of the success of the (B)APETAVERSE launch, BAPE is hosting a party at Zouk, the nightclub at the brand new Resorts World Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, on March 31st. All NFT holders are welcome to attend, along with BAPE family, friends, and more.
