Golden State Warriors guard Monta Ellis has been rocking a vibrant Royal Blue AND1 ME8 Sovereign for the majority of the 2010-2011 NBA season. AND1 has created a special mockup of his signature model for the Warriors Christmas Day game against the Portland Trail Blazers. This particular ME8 Sovereign obviously possesses a mainly red colored base comprised of patent leather and nylon. Continuing with the Christmas theme, green hints have been added in the form of AND1 branding, the inner lining, the trim on the shoelaces and a curvy design on the side panels. Lastly, this shoe is finished with a white outsole. As stated earlier, look for Ellis to rock this shoe on December 2th, against the Trail Blazers.
