Next year, the Air Jordan 5 turns 30.
While one OG is already rumored to return with Nike Air, the Air Jordan 5 Black/Muslin-Fire Red is also set for the celebration, previewed in rendered form for the first time today.
Said to be a more premium take on the AJ 5 – denoted by the SP tagging and somewhat sail midsole – the Air Jordan 5 Black/Muslin-Fire Red is said to release in February 2020.
For reference, February 2020 is also the suggested launch month for the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Chicago” and the Air Jordan 5 OG White/Black-Fire Red. A lot of heat for a short month, but the All-Star Game will take place in the Windy City during said time.
