Returning a low top cut to the AJ series for the first time since the Air Jordan 2 and elephant print for the first time since the Air Jordan 3, the Air Jordan 11 Low IE was less flashy than its patent partner but just as lethal. Softer, more breathable, and more flexible than the mids or even the shiny lows, the IEs are a move on the court and a truly casual capable canvas.
Despite being an original model, the Air Jordan 11 IE had long held the title as the least favorite version of AJ11 with the patent leather donning mids and lows as the gold and silver of the medal stand. During a long drought of AJ 11 releases, the Air Jordan 11 IE made a return to minimal fanfare which clearly displayed the lack of love for the model.
Could new (but OG) colorways elevate the elephant print sporting 11?
Pulling from obvious inspiration once again, a Black/Cement 3 take on the IE Low follows that of the slept-on Space Jams from 2019.
At the moment, the Air Jordan 11 Low IE Black/Cement is scheduled to release July 16, 2020 though nothing is confirmed yet.
