Marcus Jordan found himself in one of the biggest sneaker disputes the industry has ever seen in the fall of 2009. adidas, the official brand sponsor for UCF, was not happy at the fact that Marcus Jordan, the son of His Airness, was wearing Air Jordans in the games. After the long dispute was over, adidas cut ties with the Florida school and Marcus continued to wear his Jordans.
