Man Uses Shoe Camera to Peep Up Skirts

Last year, police arrested a man for using a shoe camera device to secretly tape women at several businesses. Specifically, caught him using a video camera hidden in his sneaker to look under the skirts of women. Later, it was reported that police found 200 videos with images of about 2,000 women on his computer.
