Long before Rare Addiction created the foamposite hat, there was another shoe-themed hat. Ewing Athletics tweeted a picture of the ?Strapback? Hat created back in 1991 that featured the recognizable ?33? on a strap. The hat was made to match the 33 Hi sneaker that dropped on the same time.
