This year, we have seen a lot of brands borrow the “Gucci” color scheme for some of their classic sneakers. However, Vans decides to go in the opposite direction and apply a color design that is most associated with Louis Vuitton. Vans used the Sk8-Hi and the V2041 Hi for the highly-detailed “Chocolate Check” Pack. The SK8-Hi features the Louis Vuitton checkered bag design throughout the side panels and collar area, while the V2041 showcases the aforementioned design on the toe box also. The rest of the sneaker is finished with brown patent leather and a white vulcanized sole.
