Earlier today we saw an Authentic from the Vans California collection in a very modern grey with silver eyelets. This three-shoe run of Eras is from the same collection, but is designed for those who still get around by one of the oldest methods of travel–cycling. Fixed gear riders need a special breed of sneaker, so thick suede and canvas are used to build out the uppers, while the tried-and-true white vulcanized sole that can again be found underneath. Each sole uses the same color on its stripe that can be found on its respective liner. White contrast stitching appears throughout the uppers all on all three color-ups. Special multicolor laces further denote the cycle-ready design on this collection. A unique shade of grey, red and black are all available now at select Vans sellers. |
