Tim Duncan’s Game-Worn Shoes Customized for Charity Auction

The silent but deadly Tim Duncan is a famed San Antonio Spur and future Basketball Hall of Fame member. Duncan spent 19 years in the league after going first overall in 1997 and won 5 NBA championships on top of many more memorable and admirable accolades.

After customizing the Spurs rotation for the playoff, Jake Danklefs took one of Duncan’s game-worn pairs from the past to revamp for a worthy cause.

Years after retirement, Duncan continues to make a profound impact on the San Antonio Spurs and its community. Dank Customs upgraded one of Duncan’s shoes as it will be auction off for charity through the Spurs Silver and Black Give Back.

As the non-profit partner of Spurs Sports & Entertainment, Silver & Black Give Back invests in the youth of the San Antonio area to be civically-minded leaders through service, sports, and grants. The programs provide hands-on opportunities that empower local youth to give back to their communities and to learn the power of teamwork through the Team Up Challenge and the youth sports league.

Take a look at these one of a kind customs below. The auction is live and can be found here if you wish to have a piece of Duncan’s legacy. Be sure to follow the artist here for more fire content.
