Bespoke sneaker customizer The Shoe Surgeon has taken inspiration from the Nike x Union Passport Pack and has applied the inspiration onto the Air Jordan 4, Air Jordan 1 High, and Air Jordan 1 Low, each representing one respective colorway of the Passport Pack.

The Air Jordan 4 “Passport” features tonal blue upper ripstop upper with French Navy nubuck and premium smooth Arctic Blue leather underneath. Contrast stitching in orange is seen throughout with the Nike Air heeltab featured in turquoise. Shoe Surgeon branding is seen on the lateral side of the heel, the Union inspired tag, and on the tongue. Lastly, a tan midsole and outsole finishes off the sneaker.

The Air Jordan 1 High “Passport” features a two-tone look, using premium white leather and purple nubuck on the upper and has a tear-away nylon ripstop overlaid on top. Yellow contrast stitching is featured throughout and Shoe Surgeon branding is again seen on the same places mentioned earlier, with the Wings logo printed with “AIR SRGN” instead of JORDAN. Lastly a white midsole and purple outsole finishes off the sneaker.

The Air Jordan 1 Low “Passport” takes after the Pistachio colorway, with a ripstop upper laid over the premium Navy leather and smooth Lime suede. Same Shoe Surgeon branding is seen with the Low featuring the Wings logo stitched on the heel and tongue tag using SRGN AIR branding.

The Shoe Surgeon x Passport Pack is available now on thesurgeon.com with the Air Jordan 4 retailing for $5,000 and the Air Jordan 1 High and Low retailing for $4,000. Check out the photos below and for all the latest drop dates, head over to our Sneaker Release Dates page.
